Pranayama is the yogic art of breath control, and one of its practices consciously guides the breath through all the chakras, from bottom to top and from front to back, until it returns to the starting point. When I did this exercise for the first time, this form immediately appeared in my mind: an endless cycle.
I have drawn it countless times since, always too small and always in pencil, until it wanted to become larger, purer, and more minimalist. The original is a charcoal drawing on very thin paper in A2 format, where every stroke remains exactly as it was placed.
This motif belongs in yoga studios, meditation rooms, and breathwork practices, and with everyone who practices conscious living and wants to make it visible.
To manage expectations: This is a print of the drawing on canvas. The charcoal drawing itself exists exactly once.
